News Releases Reekie Joins NABC PRESS RELEASE
Reekie brings with her valuable agricultural career experience. Previously she worked with Pioneer Grain Company, Limited, Whitewood, Saskatchewan, as a location assistant were her responsibilities included daily operations of a high input elevator and building relationships with the Pioneer clients. Prior to that, she was employed as a crop input administrator for the South Prairie Region. Reekie graduated valedictorian from Ridgetown College, University of Guelph with a diploma in agriculture in 2000. Raised on a diversified crop and beef farm she will utilize her several years of 4-H involvement and time spent at livestock shows to facilitate her new position. The first Congress will attempt to bring together all sectors of the beef industry. The four-day event will include a host of educational seminars, youth events, livestock competitions and sales, culinary events, a trade show and consumer demonstrations, all highlighting excellence in beef agriculture.
