News Releases July 2005 London, ON - The North American Beef Congress (NABC) is offering a carcass competition at this year's exposition October 25 - 29, held at Western Fair, London, Ontario. Open to the first 40 entries, the competition offers producers in the finishing sector of the industry the opportunity to compare their product with other producers in a fun, casual atmosphere at the NABC. "Not only is there a Grand Champion Prize of $1500, but several national and provincial breed associations have put up prize money to award carcasses sired or influenced by their specific breed," states Laurie Fisher, General Manager of the NABC.
