Top Meadow Junior Beef Show Expanding

London, ON - The North American Beef Congress is pleased to announce the inclusion of all breeds for its 2005 Top Meadow National Junior Beef Heifer Show held on October 28 - 29 during the NABC in London, Ontario.

The junior show is a fun event for youth involved in the beef industry and gives them opportunities to develop skills, meet new people and have fun while competing at one of Canada's top rated junior shows.

All purebred breeds and crossbred animals are welcome to participate as long as the animal is listed on the exhibitor's 4-H Project Information Sheet for 2005.

More additions to the 2005 event include a Pee Wee Showmanship Class, a grooming clinic, a mixer and fun night with Dr. John Edwards of Yukon, OK presenting a seminar on heifer selection. To add even more excitement there is an offering of a new class inviting back two-year-olds with their calves who showed at last years Top Meadow Farm National Junior Beef Heifer Show.
