Top Meadow Farms Brass Ring Rising Chefs Challenge 2006

Ontario's most promising culinary students cook up Top Meadow Farms artisan beef during the third annual Top Meadow Farms Brass Ring Rising Chefs Challenge on Saturday October 28th, 2006 in the Agriplex building amphitheatre.

This highly esteemed college level culinary competition draws the largest audience during the North American Beef Congress. Students from Ontario colleges, including George Brown, Humber, Niagara and Fanshawe vie for fantastic prize packages including $1000 educational scholarships sponsored by Top Meadow Farms. 2005 audience members lined up to sample finished entries, including George Browns Chefs Schools Dukka Spice Braise, Sous-Vide Flat Iron Steak, Confit of Yukon Gold Potato, Butter Poached Carrots, Roasted Beets, Zinfandel Jus, Horseradish Crème Fraiche Foam.
